The image of Cava is undergoing a total revolution, and it is aided by companies like Pere Ventura. Sr Pere Ventura created the Cava house in 1991, but the roots of the winery date back to 1891, when his great-grandfather was one of the pioneers of the region, long before its official recognition. The Gran Reserva 2021 has a very fine mousse, aromas of Bramley apples, on the palate a concentration of fresh vibrant lemon and orchard fruit, a delicious chalky texture with long pure finish.
