▴ Villa di Petrognano Pomino Bianco 2021

If you want to be transported to the Mediterranean, you could do no better than drinking this Pomino from Fattoria Selvapiana. A wonderful mix of delicious Mediterranean flavours, an intense core of rosemary and wild herbs; you know you are in the cool foothills of Italy, but there is also an influence of sea shells and minerals with a satisfying long saline finish. Utterly moreish. 13%
