Santa Rita, Casa Real 2013

Generosity personified. This iconic wine is made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Alto Jahuel in Maipo Alto from 60-year-old vines. The cool vintage has produced a wine of incredible complexity, with a deep core of cassis, wild sage, and blackcurrant leaf, beautifully fresh and exhilarating. Cashmere tannins grip the dark, firm, ripe savoury fruit and wild herbs, which keep exploding like a Catherine Wheel. Beautifully balanced, very elegant, with a long, long finish.
